HAMBURGER/POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
6 to 8 potatoes, sliced
1 can peas
1 sm. onion, diced
Salt and pepper
Water

Mix hamburger with onions, salt, and pepper; flatten in bottom of casserole dish. Place sliced potatoes on top of hamburger. Fill dish to top with water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven; pour can of peas on top and return to oven for 15 minutes. Serve.
