HAMBURGER-POTATO CASSEROLE 
Sliced potatoes
2 lb. hamburgers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Chopped onion, to taste
New York State sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Slice potatoes and cook until just tender. Brown hamburger and drain; season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic salt, seasoned salt, and onion salt. Mix cream of mushroom soup with enough canned milk to make a sauce.

Layer in 9 x 13 inch dish: layer of sliced potatoes, some chopped onion, grated cheddar cheese, hamburger, half of cream of mushroom soup.

Then another layer of potatoes, onions, hamburger, rest of mushroom sauce, and top with nice layer of grated cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly and cheese melts. This dish also freezes well.
