MOM'S HAMBURGER/POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 lg. onions
1/2 tsp. salt (more if desired)
1 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. hamburger
8 med. raw potatoes
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cool water
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

While meat is browning, peel and dice raw potatoes in large baking bowl. Combine bouillon cubes with boiling water and pour over browned meat. Combine 1/2 cup of water with flour and mix meat-bouillon mixture with flour thickening mixture. Be sure to cook onions with meat. Pour meat mixture over diced potatoes and add spices. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees or until potatoes are done. Serve hot. Makes a great dish to take to a potluck.
