HAMBURGER AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
Potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

In a 9"x12" pan, place 1/2 of browned meat. Cover with sliced potatoes. Continue layering until meat and potatoes are gone. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with mushroom soup, then cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
