HAMBURGER AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
4 lg. potatoes
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tsp. salt
1 can celery soup or 1 can cream of chicken soup
1 med. onion
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Arrange in layers, hamburger and potatoes (sliced thin), 2/3 cup cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Cover with celery or chicken soup and set in refrigerator overnight. Use 1/3 cup cheese for topping and bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees or until done. Serves 4.
