EASY PRIME RIB 
Prime rib
Rump steak roast or
Sirloin tip roast

1. Leave roast out 2 hours before cooking.

2. Cover with fresh garlic and ground pepper.

3. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

4. Cook at 500 degrees for 5 minutes per pound.

5. Turn off oven but leave roast in for an additional 2 1/2 hours. DO NOT open oven door until Step 5 is completed.
