PRIME RIB SOUP 
4 c. chunks of prime rib or other beef or venison that has already been cooked
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
2 c. diced potatoes
6 c. beef stock (use bouillon cubes and water if none is available)
1 c. burgundy wine
1 c. ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and simmer until the vegetables are done. Soup is always better the next day.

I did it for 40 minutes. It was a 6 1/2 lbs roast at 550°F. Let it set for 2 hours, the center was still a little bloody but I figure you get well, medium and rare with any prime rib you cook. Tastes awesome. I made my own rub over the fat.
