PRIME RIB SOUP | |
4 c. chunks of prime rib, or other beef or venison that has already been cooked 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped carrots 2 c. diced potatoes 6 c. beef stock (use bouillon cubes and water if none is available) 1 c. burgundy wine 1 c. ketchup Salt and pepper to taste Combine all ingredients and simmer until the vegetables are done. Soup is always better the next day. |
