LOW CAL BREAD PUDDING 
2 egg whites
2 c. non-fat milk
1 pack nutra sweet
1 lg. grated apple
4-5 cubed whole wheat hamburger buns
1/2 c. dates, chopped

Mix first 3 ingredients. Add the apple, cubed bread and dates. Spray 8 x 8 inch baking pan with Pam and place bread mixture in it. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutra sweet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.

Variation: For apple, 2 mashed bananas may be substituted. Instead of dates, any kind of dried fruit or raisins or nuts may be used. Put frozen yogurt or low cal ice milk on top and enjoy.
