LOW-CHOLESTEROL CORN BREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1/8 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. egg substitute
1 1/3 c. skim milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. corn oil

Mix dry ingredients; add remaining ingredients; stir to blend well. Bake 30 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
