CHINESE FRIED RICE | |
1 lb. hamburger 4 slices bacon 4 stalks celery 1 med. bell pepper 1 c. grated carrots 4-5 green onions 1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice 1/2 sm. bottle soy sauce 1 tsp. salt Cook hamburger until almost done, add salt. Fry bacon and add to hamburger. Mix in celery and onions and bell pepper. Stir fry for 2 or 3 minutes, add cooked rice and grated carrots and cook for 2 or 3 minutes longer. Add soy sauce to taste. Remove from heat and serve. |
