BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 pkg. Lipton Onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1/2 c. water
2 to 2 1/2 lb. frying chickens, cut up

Combine soup mix, Russian dressing, and water in a saucepan; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place chicken, skin side down in a large, greased, shallow baking dish. Pour 1/2 the sauce over the chicken and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Then turn chicken and pour on the remaining sauce and continue baking for another 30 minutes.
