BARBECUE CHICKEN, BEEF AND HOT
DOGS
 
2 (1 lb.) pkg. beef stir fry
1 (2 lb.) pkg. chicken thighs, cut up
1 pkg. hot dogs
4 green onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
2 c. soy sauce
1 c. 7-Up
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. meat tenderizer

Marinate the meats in the rest of the ingredients for 4 hours or overnight and barbecue. Use marinade to coat meats frequently.
