BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 lg. frying chicken, cut up
2 bottles hickory-smoked Open Pit barbecue sauce
Garlic and onion salt and regular salt

Put chicken in roaster or deep pan. Pour sauce over chicken. Rinse bottle with a little water and add also. Sprinkle garlic and onion salt and regular salt to taste over sauce. Bake at 325-350 degrees at least 1 hour or until done. Can be covered. Also for country style ribs instead of chicken.
