STOVE-TOP BBQ CHICKEN | |
2 1/2-3 lbs. frying chicken pieces 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 tbsp. pure vegetable oil 1 (8 oz.) can Hunts tomato sauce with onion 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vinegar 1/2 c. water Brown chicken in skillet. Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook 45 minutes covered, low boil. |
