STOVE TOP CHICKEN 
Any amount of desired chicken
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 c. warm water
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 garlic
Fresh mushrooms (any amount)
Fresh or jared parsley, basil, salt, pepper

Dissolve chicken bouillon into 1/2 cup warm water. Put into skillet water, in same skillet add skinned and deboned chicken, add sliced green peppers on top of chicken, add onion THIN slices, add garlic and mushrooms. Add seasonings on top, DO NOT STIR. COOK UNCOVERED for 1 hour on medium heat or until the juice is absorbed. Serves 5. Serve with pasta or rice.
