4 LAYER DELIGHT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix and cook in 9x13 pan. Cook 10 minutes at 350 degrees and let cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Spread on cool crust.

3RD LAYER:

2 (3 oz.) instant chocolate or vanilla pudding mixes

Add 3 cups milk; mix. Spread over 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER:

Cover with Cool Whip and let set for several hours.
