FOUR LAYER DELIGHT 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix well. Press into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes; cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. packed powdered sugar
2/3 c. Cool Whip

Whip together and then spread on crust.

THIRD LAYER:

3 pkg. instant or regular chocolate pudding
5 c. milk

Mix together according to package directions.

FOURTH LAYER:

Top with Cool Whip and shaved chocolate pieces. Refrigerate and enjoy!
