1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. instant pudding

Mix flour, butter and nuts together. Put in loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Beat Cool Whip, sugar and cream cheese until creamy. Spread on cooled first layer. Mix pudding according to box directions. Spread onto second layer. Top with Cool Whip and more nuts. Refrigerate 1 hour.
