1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant pudding
1 c. flour
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 c. powdered sugar

Melt stick butter. Pour melted butter over 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup chopped nuts in a pie pan. Mix and press into parts to make crust. Bake at 400 degrees about 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Soften 8 ounces cream cheese. Mix with 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Pour into crust. Mix 1 1/2 cups cold milk with 1 (6 ounce) package instant pudding mix (any flavor). Pour this over the other layer and chill. Top this off with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
