OVEN BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
1/2 c butter
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1/8 tsp. salt
6 slices bread

Melt butter and honey in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix well, sprinkle with cinnamon. Beat eggs with orange juice and salt. Soak bread slices in egg mixture, but not until it falls apart. Arrange slices close together on top of the honey mixture. Bake about 20 minutes at 400 degrees until set. Invert the toast when serving. Serve with more honey or your favorite syrup.
