UPSIDE-DOWN OVEN FRENCH TOAST 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
4 slices pineapple
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
4 thick slices bread

Melt the butter in a 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Lay the pineapple slices over the brown sugar.

Mix the eggs, milk and salt. Dip the bread slices in the mix and lay on top of pineapple. Pour any remaining mix over the bread. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
