CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. nuts

Mix above ingredients, spread into 9"x15" pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. 1 c. Cool Whip

Beat cream cheese and stir in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. 3 c. milk

Beat until fluffy. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip. Chill until ready to serve.
