APRICOT JAM 
4 c. crushed apricots
1 pkg. sure jell
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
5 1/2 c. sugar

Bring apricots to boil, add package sure jell, bring to boil again. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and sugar. Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute. Put in jars and seal with paraffin.
