AUNT GG'S CHICKEN - BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 lb. grated sharp cheese (reserve some for top)
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
2 pkgs. chopped, frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
2 tsp. lemon juice
6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into chunks (or turkey)
1 can French-fried onions
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix sauce ingredients in bowl and spread 4-5 tablespoons in bottom of greased 9x13 dish. Spread layer of dressing mix (not entire package), then a layer of broccoli. Sprinkle broccoli with lemon juice; add layer of chicken or turkey, onions, and French-fried onions.

Pour sauce over top; cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover top with grated or shredded cheese and heat 15 minutes longer, or until bubbly. Serves 8 or 10 and is DELICIOUS!
