CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breasts (take skin off)
Stove Top stuffing mix (omit butter)
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, thawed
1 can Campbell Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
Alpine Lace Cheddar cheese (8 oz. pkg.)

Prepare stuffing mix according to directions (except omit butter). Line baking pan with foil. Place half of stuffing mix in pan, top with half of broccoli, then chicken breasts. Top chicken with remaining broccoli and then stuffing. Pour soup over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or longer. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 4-6.
