CHICKEN/BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6-8 breasts or leg quarters; boiled
16 oz. bag broccoli
1/3 c. milk
1 can cream chicken soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Remove bones and skin off chicken. Mix milk, soup, mayonnaise, and cheese for creamy mixture. In baking pan add broccoli, then chicken, then creamy mixture. Spread with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
