CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
4 eggs, cooked, sliced
3 breasts of chicken
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans Cheddar cheese soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, buttered
(to make 1 cube soft bread slice & soak up with butter)

Cook and drain broccoli well, arrange in bottom of shallow 2 quart dish or 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Layer eggs (sliced), then chicken cooked and cubed. Combine cheese soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Cover with shredded cheese then buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
