CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 to 6 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese (cheddar)
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Buttered bread crumbs
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. cooked rice

Bake or boil chicken until tender (with favorite seasoning, I use Lawry's seasoned salt), chop in bite size pieces. Cook broccoli and drain. Put chicken, broccoli, rice, soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise and curry powder in large mixing bowl and mix well. Put in greased casserole and top with bread crumbs and cheese bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
