L.'S HAM-CHEESE LOGS | |
1 c. shredded sharp cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham 1/2 c. chopped ripe olives 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans Have cheeses at room temperature. Place cheeses in small mixing bowl; beat until blended. Beat in deviled ham; stir in olives. Chill until almost firm. Shape into two 8 inch logs; roll in pecans. Serve with crackers. |
