SIX LAYER DINNER | |
2 med. raw potatoes, sliced 1 lb. ground beef, raw 2 raw carrots, sliced 1 tbsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/3 c. uncooked rice 1 onion, chopped 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes Place sliced potatoes in deep greased dish; sprinkle rice over potatoes. Cover with ground beef. Add layer of carrots and layer of onions. Pour tomatoes over all and add salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Very good in crock pot. Delicious reheated. |
