HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. warm milk
1 onion, chopped
1 can cut green beans
5 medium sized potatoes, cooked
1 egg, beaten

Brown onion and ground beef. Add seasonings to taste. Drain any fat from meat and place in a casserole dish. Top with a layer of green beans. Spread undiluted soup over the beans. Mash potatoes; add milk, egg and season to taste. Spoon potatoes in mounds over the casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.

Makes 6 servings.
