7 layers of foil (big enough to roll dinner in)
2 lg. potatoes, chunked, with skin
butter
1 c. carrots
1 ground beef patty
1 dry onion soup mix

Layer foil. Cover foil with lots of butter and butter. Cut potatoes in chunks in center of foil. Add carrots and more butter to potatoes. Put one ground beef patty in center of potatoes and carrots. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Add more potatoes, carrots, and butter. Wrap foil around potato mixture. Put in hot coals of camp fire and cook 45 minutes. In regular oven - 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350 degrees. One serving.
