HOBO CHICKEN DINNER 
2 chicken breasts
2 sm. zucchini, sliced in 1/2 inch rounds
2 med. carrots, sliced in 1/2 inch rounds
2 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 onions, sliced
4 tbsp. white wine
2 tsp. tarragon
Salt and pepper
2 pcs. aluminum foil

Spray skillet with non-stick spray and brown chicken on both sides. Place each breast on a piece of aluminum foil, and divide chopped vegetables between then. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle 1 tsp. tarragon over top of chicken and vegetables. Bend up sides of foil and pour 2 Tbsp. wine on each portion. Crimp foil at top to form a packet. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Serve entire package to each person.
