HAM & CHEESE BISCUITS | |
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated biscuits 10 cubes (1 inch each) Swiss or cheddar cheese 10 thin slices ham 1/4 c. butter, melted 3/4 c. finely crushed onion cracker crumbs or any other seasoned cracker crumbs Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Pat or roll out each to a 4 inch circle. Wrap ham slice around cheese cube. Wrap biscuit dough around ham and cheese cube, pressing edges to seal. Dip in melted butter, then in cracker crumbs. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. |
