HAM AND CHEESE BRUNCH BISCUITS 
3 dozen small rolls, split (I use Pepperidge Farm)
1 (1 lb.) pkg. shaved ham
2 cups grated Swiss cheese

POPPY SEED SPREAD:

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 to 2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, minced

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix poppy seed spread ingredients. Set aside.

Split rolls and spread with poppy seed mixture. Place ham and cheese on, then put tops back on rolls. Melt remaining mixture and pour over top.

Bake at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
