HAM AND CHEESE BISCUITS
3/4 c. chopped ham
1/2 c. each finely chopped onions, Monterey Jack cheese and sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
3 c. Bisquick mix
1 tbsp. dried herbs (sage, thyme, oregano, or chervil leaves)
Melted butter

Combine ham, onions, cheeses and parsley in bowl. In separate bowl beat together egg, milk, and oil. Add 2 cups Bisquick, blending well. Add ham mixture, stirring until mixed, then add remaining 1 cup Bisquick, stirring well.

Turn dough out onto floured surface; knead about 10 times or until dough holds together. Roll out dough about 3/4 inch thick. Cut with 2 inches biscuit cutter. Gather scraps; roll out and cut.

Place biscuits on greased baking sheet; brush tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
