CURRIED CHICKEN BALLS 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. orange marmalade
2 tsp. curry powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. finely chopped cooked chicken
3 tbsp. minced green onions
3 tbsp. minced celery
1 c. finely chopped macadamia nuts or almonds, toasted

Combine first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in chicken, green onions and celery. Shape into 1-inch balls, and roll in nuts. Chill up to 2 days, or freeze up to 1 month. Yields 3 1/2 dozen.
