FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. fruit cocktail juice and all
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over batter. Bake in 9 x 12 x 2 inch greased pan for 35 minutes at 325 degrees.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter

Combine and boil for 2 minutes. Pour over warm cake.
