GLAZED FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 can (#2) fruit cocktail

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. canned milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Make a well in dry ingredients and add eggs and fruit. Stir gently. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle over top, 1/2 cup each, brown sugar and nuts. Bake for 55 minutes at 350 degrees.

Icing: Boil first 3 ingredients for 3 minutes. Then add vanilla and coconut. Pour boiling hot mixture over hot cake, cool and serve.
