WILD RICE SHRIMP CREOLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long-grain and wild rice (Uncle Bens)
1 lb. shrimp, peeled

In 3 quart saucepan cook onion and green pepper in butter, about 5 minutes or until tender. Add tomatoes, water and seasonings. Stir in both packets from rice mix. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add shrimp. Cover and simmer 10 minutes more. Pass hot pepper sauce. 5 to 6 servings.
