CREOLE SHRIMP AND RICE 
Melt butter and 2 teaspoons oil, chop garlic, cook. Remove garlic and saute 1 large chopped onion in butter along with 1 green pepper.

Add shrimp, lagostinos, etc., 10 minutes.

Add:

1 bay leaf
Louisiana hot sauce (to taste)
Seasoning salt and garlic powder

Add:

1 (16 oz.) can rushed tomatoes
1 jar Prego sauce

Simmer 1/2 hour, keep stirring.

Make rice - 2 cups water - 1 rice; 4 cups water - 2 rice.

Note: Remove bay leaf.

If you want to be fancy, put rice in mold and pour sauce over.
