SPRING SALAD 
3 c. macaroni rings
2 c. sliced cucumbers
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onions
2 c. shredded carrots
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni rings. Rinse with cold water. Mix the other ingredients together and combine with cooled macaroni. Refrigerate overnight.
