CHOCOLATE COFFEE CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coffee (instant or perked)

Cream eggs and sugar. Add all dry ingredients and stir. Add liquids while stirring. Batter will be runny. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
