MOCHA POKE CAKE 
1 package chocolate cake mix
1 package (4 serving size) instant chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
1 1/4 cup brewed coffee
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup coffee liqueur such as Kahlua
1/4 cup cream of coffee liqueur

Combine all ingredients except the liqueurs and blend well. With an electric mixer and at medium speed, mix them for 4 minutes. Grease and flour a 10-inch flute pan.

Pour the mixture into the pan and bake at 350°F degrees until the cake test done in the center and pulls slightly away from the sides. Cool in pan for at least 15 minutes. After removing the cake from the pan, place on a rack. Poke the cake with holes.

Combine the liqueurs and pour over the cake until the liqueurs are fully absorbed. Top with desired frosting.
