2 c. grated zucchini
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 bouillon cube, minced
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients, form patties and brown on each side in 2 tablespoons oil.
