ZUCCHINI PATTIES 
2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
2 eggs
3 c. shredded zucchini, drained
1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions (with tops)

Beat baking mix, butter, garlic salt and eggs with hand beater until well blended; stir in zucchini and onions. Grease heated griddle if necessary. Or heat electric griddle to 400 degrees. For each patty, spoon scant 1/4 cup mixture onto hot griddle; spread slightly. Cook patties until dry around edges. Turn; cook other sides until golden brown. Top each patty with dollop of dairy sour cream and thinly sliced green onions if desired. About 12 patties.
