BEEF PAPRIKA 
1/4 c. Crisco
2 lb. sirloin tips cubed
1 c. sliced onion
1 sm. clove, minced
3/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. water
3 c. hot cooked noodles

Melt Crisco in skillet, add meat, onion, garlic. Saute until meat is brown, onion tender. Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, paprika, mustard, cayenne and 1 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours on low heat.

Blend 2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 cup water, stir into meat mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly until desired consistency. Serve over hot noodles.
