BEEF PAPRIKA 
1/4 c. shortening
2 lbs. chuck, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 c. sliced onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. ketchup
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. paprika
Dash of red pepper
3 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. water

Melt shortening. Add meat, onion and garlic. Cook until meat is brown. Stir in ingredients up to and including 3 cups water. Cover and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Blend flour and water and add to meat. Boil 1 minute. Serve over noodles.
