RHUBARB CRUNCH 
2 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
8 c. rhubarb
Scant 1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. red jello

Mix the flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, and butter together with fork. Put 1/2 of mixture in 9x13 pan, then cut up 8 cups rhubarb. Add 1/2 cup sugar and mix. Now pour this over crumbs mixture in pan.

Sprinkle the jello over it and add remaining crumb mixture. Bake 1 hour or until rhubarb is tender. Serve wit whipped cream or ice cream. Makes a large pan full.
